Orders
Orders will be acknowledged within 3 days. Orders can be taken through the website, or by post to the following address: Scribble Art Studio 36 792 Wilmslow Road Manchester M20 6UG.
Payment
Payment can be accepted online by credit or debit card via Google, or by cheque by post, please make cheques payable to Judith Franklin.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Scribble as soon as possible. Normally a full refund can only be given for unpersonalised items, however a refund may be given for any item damaged in transit. If this is the case contact Scribble as soon as possible and retain the packaging for inspection.
For items that have already been dispatched please contact Scribble within 3 days of receipt, to arrange for return within the next 7 days. I regret that I cannot refund the cost of return postage and packing.
I recommend that all returns are sent via recorded delivery, as Scribble cannot refund returned items which are lost.
Postage & Packing
The following price applies to UK mainland only. Please enquire for rates to other destinations.
A flat rate of £5 will be added to your order. Small canvases will be sent by First Class (delivered next working day after despatch). Large canvases will be sent by standard parcel post (3-5 working day delivery following despatch - please enquire about cost if you require quicker delivery )

Delivery
I aim to supply any painting ordered within 28 days, and usually sooner. However, if I think it is likely that there will be any delay beyond this, I will contact you. Orders cannot be despatched until payment has been received and cleared. I cannot be held responsible for any delay of goods once they have been dispatched.
